calculating genetic risk score using HLA DQ haplotypes
Dear friends,
I used hla-prs-toolkit to calculate the genetic risk score for type 1 diabetes based on HLA DQ haplotypes. However, various HLA DQ alleles are denoted something as DQ25, DQ81, etc in the score file of the toolkit. I need information regarding the specific combination of HLA haplotypes corresponding to these DQ-named alleles. I have observed DQ25/DQ25 in individuals with Type 1 Diabetes within my population. Now, I would like to know the HLA variations/alleles associated with this particular allele. Please kindly share with me if you have any thoughts or suggestions.
