Does anyone know how to use an API call to PULL Quality Control (QC) data for sequencing runs on BaseSpace - Illumina Platform
Hello everyone,
I'm looking to pull the quality control metrics on BaseSpace - Illumina for each sample in a run. Does anyone have experience with this and if so can you provide me with the format you used to do this? I'm not super familiar with calling data using API's and this is an urgent matter so it would be greatly appreciated.
