Hello. Does anyone know how to color nodes in a Cytoscape network using two different heatmap scales? For example, mRNA expression on the left half of the node and protein expression on the right half of the nodes. I tried the enhancedgraphics app but the heatmap scale ends up being the same for both factors. Any help would be much appreciated.
