Ensembl fasta DNA data

Hello!

I had downloaded the toplevel DNA fasta file from ensembl and wanted to check if this contains the mitochondrial genome or is the mitochondrial genome only in the dna.nonchromosomal.fa.gz files?

nonchromosomal is all the unplaced scaffolds. Since MT is properly assembled sequence, it appears in toplevel.
