Hello everybody,

I have a question regarding tree construction. I used iqtree software V 1.6.12 resulting in an nwk format output in which I opened it with mega software for visualizing. In mega I can root my tree on the midpoint by selecting view -> Root at the midpoint.

My question is that if is there an option on iqtree to make or software to "convert" the nwk to midpoint rooted? I want to incorporate the iqtree software in an bash script

ps I read the iqtree manual, but I didn't understand that I can do this command.
