Hello everybody

I read a paper about gene gains and losses between viral genomes, and I want to test something similar to other viruses. The author created a beautiful figure containing this kind of info by using a software called COUNT. After reading the manual of COUNT, I realized that I have to combine three things to make this kind of figure.

1) A phylogenetic tree

2) An annotation data table

3) a birth and deaths model table

Regarding the 2 & 3 does anyone knows how to produce these kind of tables?
