Multiple sequence alignment tools

Hello!

I used ClustalW to align 6 sequences and I don't know how to turn my alignment into a figure that I could use during a presentation, for example. A figure that contains all the key results such as the mutations and the positions in which the mutations occur.

This article here shows the type of analysis I want to make but I don't know what tools I should use to get this analysis from my aligned sequences.

So I was wondering if anyone here can suggest some tools?

I'm new to bioinformatics and I only know the basics so I apologise if this is a stupid question but I really appreciate all the help you can give me!

sequence multiple alignment

There's a good chance this figure is at least partly manually created in a GUI tool like Illustrator or PowerPoint, so I wouldn't hold your breath to find a single 'black box' that can spit something like that out.
