SHAPEIT2 - ERROR "BAD RECOMBINATION RATE"

Hi,

I used Shapeit2 for haplotype phasing. Everything went well until right before shapeit2 prepared to write outputs this error showed up. Have anyone ever encountered this before?

Btw, shapeit2 is quite outdated now. shapeit4 is much more recent / faster / accurate https://anaconda.org/bioconda/shapeit4
