Hello people.

I am using the Mira assembler in some iontorrent readings. Everything was going well, but suddenly the program stopped mounting the readings correctly.

Example: I used the program to read "A" and it was executed. All right. So I went to assemble reading "B", but it didn't perform. Then I tried again to assemble reading "A" with the same parameters as before, but it didn't execute. From that moment on, no readings could be assembled again, including the ones I had already assembled.

Do I need to clean up some repository for the program to work normally?
