Is there any Python or other software that can replace the function "networklevel" in R package "bipartite" for calculation?

This is the help book for this function: manhttps://www.rdocumentation.org/packages/bipartite/versions/2.16/topics/networklevel. Because my data have about 20000 rows and 100 columns, the system killed my R. It seems cause of insufficient memory. I want to find a software to solve my problem, Thank you!
