Hello everyone! I am working on an algorithm to reconstruct Gene Regulatory Network and I need a small experimental dataset containing about 6-10 genes to validate the algorithm and network. I have been looking at various sources but generally, large pathways or in silico datasets are available. I am looking for an expression dataset or microarray data that has been validated by biological experiments. Kindly provide the link or resource if you know one. Thankyou
