MSI cslculation
Dear Biostars Community,
I'm currently working on a project that requires calculation of microsatellite instability using NGS.
I'm wondering if there is a way (or tool) to calculate msi using a tumor-sample-only annotation json with its coverage bed?

I would say you still need a BAM file with the alignment.
