Need Help Mapping Probe IDs to Gene Symbols

Hello Biostars community,

I'm currently working on a project focused on hepatocellular carcinoma, and I'm encountering difficulties mapping probe IDs to gene symbols for the dataset series "GSE138178" with Platform GPL21827.

I've tried common databases like DAVID and UniProt without success. Could anyone provide guidance or suggest alternative resources for this mapping challenge?

Normally you would be able to get that information from the GEO entry for the array (i.e., GPL21827) but the entry seems to be missing gene names/accessions. Your best bet would be to contact the array manufacturer to get the necessary information.
