Tabix file format

Hello, I am using matrixeqtl package for predicting the cis and trans eqtls. I want to visualize my data with the locus zoom, for that, I need to convert my text files into Tabix file format. Anyone, please suggest to me how to convert matrixeqtl output text file into tabix file format. Thank you!!
