Unable to get root element from XML file

Hi,

I have a set of genes in fasta format. I run "NCBI BLAST+ blast" and select BLAST XML as output. But, when I try to run "BLAST top hit descriptions" or BLAST2Go, I ahave an error. Error for "BLAST top hit descriptions" : Unable to get root element from XML file Error for "BLAST2GO" Fatal error: Exit code 1 ()

I think I should have something wrong with the generated XML file, here is the header:

Does anyone know what may be wrong?
