Mirdeep2 Known Mirna
Hi; I am working on miRDeep2. I have some problem in understanding number of known miRNA detected by miRDeep2. For example in survey table number of known miRNA detected by miRDeep2 is 260 at score 4 but in detailed table of known miRNA there are 166 miRNA at score 4. Why there is difference in number for known miRNA in two tables. I wonder anyone has noticed this difference in his analysis.
