Magnolya Cnv

Im using Magnolya CNV detection and practicing with their manual. I'm at the step where I have to put thise command "abyss2ace reads/original_colored.fna \reads/perturbed_colored.fna contigs.fa KAlign.out > abyss.ace" I get an error "abyss2ace command not found" where can I find this command do I have downloaded it separately.
