How To Get The Sequence Of Human Transcripts Isoforms ?

I get RNA-seq data of mRNA from TCGA. it's contains isforms of the gene transcripts. I'm looking way to find the sequence of theses isoforms. Does anybody know tools/method to do this?

for example the ID of mRNA isoforms from TCGA is like :

c001jiu.2   
uc002bgz.2        
uc002bic.2        
uc010qhg.1    
uc010unu.1       
uc010uoa.1        
uc010zzl.1   
uc011krn.1       
uc011lsn.1
