Understanding Beast/Beauti Settings
Hello all,
I have used BEAST in a class setting, but I don't fully understand the meaning behind the settings of BEAST/BEAUTI
Is there a comprehensive online guide that explains the reasoning behind, the parameters for MCMC for example?
I tried the BEAST website but they don't really explain what each parameter really means

The software's wiki is the best place to start. In particular, there are tutorials using example data and a complete reference to all the elements that can be in a BEAST xml file
