Cumulative Effect Of Eqtl Snps Testing
Hi all,
I recently performed a basic eQTL analysis and now want to do some basic followup analysis. So first of all does anyone has some tips/ideas about this? I was thinking about some cumulative (combined) effect calculation like: when you have eQTL snp1 + eQTL snp2; you have even a higher expression of a certain gene then when only having one of the eQTL snps. But I dont know how to practically do this, does anyone has any suggestions?
Thanks
