Hello,

Recently we performed a standard eQTL on about 130 different samples and 500.000 SNPs. Now we would like to expand this analysis with a basic epistasis eQTL analysis. Now I did some reading about is and a few reviews and articles are written about it but it is all relatively complex. So I was wandering if anyone has more experience or knows a program that can do eQTL epistasis analysis?
