Hi all, Does anyone has any recommendations for a good (and preferably fast) epistasis program which accepts covariates? There are a lot of options here: https://omictools.com/epistasis-detection-category but bit too many to try all so was curious what the general experiences are... Also besides the standard epistasis: SNP1 + SNP2 etc combination, I would maybe want to try with 3 SNPs epistatis or four. Any recommendations or experiences with this?
