I need all possible gene-to-gene similarities in a reasonable time based on their associated GO identifiers. For all genes in Ensembl (about 60000), I have to calculate 60000 * 60000 / 2 similarities. Unfortunately this would take very long and I don't have much hardware ressources.

Is there a package or library containing all pre-computed similarities? Preferably similarities that were calculated with the Resnik measure in the R-GoSemSim package.
