Genetic Distance Versus Physical Distance
Can anyone suggest a paper where they test correlation of genetic distance with physical distance? I know I need to use a mantel test, but how would I set it up?

There is some discussion about LD and physical distance in this article:
Prospects and pitfalls in whole genome association studies Robert W Lawrence, David M Evans, and Lon R Cardon*. Available from: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1569530/
They say that there is poor correlation between these two measures. See Figure 1.
