Simulate Sequencing Of "Eukaryotic Host + Bacterias" Community With Metasim
I would like to simulate a community consisting of host (typically human or some animal) and a few bacterias. Host should be the dominant species in a sample (around 90% abundance).
Is there any database with eukaryotes for MetaSim, or is there some other way to generate such sample?
