I have a list of human genes, I want to check whether those genes have copy number variants in different species (e.g., human, mouse, or primate species). I wonder whether there is some database I can check.

Besides, I also want to check whether there is any gene showing different copy number in individuals from different populations. I want to know whether there are such database or studies. Or how can I make use of 1000 genome data to get such information?
