Mirna-Seq Data For Cd34+ Cells
I posted this question a few days ago and got kindly help. However, the suggested dataset (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE24565) is from RNAseq (maybe I am wrong, because miRNAseq looks like a part of RNAseq). I am wondering if anyone knows another one? And if possible, anyone knows how to process this kind of data? Thanks.
