Downloading Pdb Entries With Less Than 25% Identity
Hi,
I would like to download a representative set of pdb entries with less than 25% sequence identity(pdb select25). What is the easy way to download it? I am new to bioinformatics. Your valuable suggestions would be appreciated!!

You can use PISCES culling software to download PDB files according to your criteria. There are also some pre-compiled datasets. You can also try using MUFOLD which is a easy web-interface to download PDB files according to your criteria.
