Software Programs For Estimating Effective Population Size (Ne) Using Genome-Wide Snp Data

I wanted to know If any of you had any experience using any software program that can give effective population size estimates based on genome-wide SNP data.

Try IMPUTE2 tool: It has option to calculate Effective size of the population.

There is also perl script is useful to find theta curve

For finding population mutation & recombination rate use mlRho tool and I think it has option to find effective size population also.

Hi @jackuser1970 I checked IMPUTE2 tool but I couldn't find an option to estimate Ne. I was trying to estima the population recombination rate using LDhat, but after that which software can I use to estimate Ne ???
