Calculating Effective Population Size from One Individual
Hi,
I am looking to calculate effective population size from SNP data called from next generation sequencing in vcf/Plink format. I have tried but cannot seem to find any programme that will allow you to work on one individual. Could someone point me in the direction of a programme that allows this?
