Semantic Similarity Between Go Terms Groups (G-Sesame Web Is Down)
Hi.
For my research project recently i have to compute a semantic similarity between two groups of Gene ontology terms and my colleague suggested me to use G-Sesame algorithm for this analysis. However, the website is not available.
Do you know some other algorithm which i can exploit for this analysis?

You can use GOssTo (http://www.paccanarolab.org/gossto/) and try one of the already implemented semantic similarity measures (Resnik, Lin, Jiang, etc.), with or without the random walk contribution measure (Yang et al. Bioinformatics 2012).
