I Have A Problem With My Proteomics Data Analysis.
Hi, Dear all,
I have a problem with my proteomics data analysis.
I done shotgun proteomics for 3 sample in 3 replicate, in this data I found 1750 protein with variable expression for each sample. I want to do ANOVA and duncan analysis to find up and down regulation proteins and compare that, but I cant do it in spss, because cant enter correctly data in spss.
