I recently came across an interesting research paper regarding subtractive genomics approach, applied on Acinetobacter baumannii. While I understood the strategy employed, I was unable to determine the specific bacterial strain that was analysed in that particular study. I would really appreciate if anyone could identify the strain used in that study; or point to a repository or a resource that could provide information about the available strains of the aforementioned bacterial specie.
