Hi All,

I am interested to work on GWAS analysis. I am looking for some datasets which I can use across. Any suggestion for papers to be replicated as a novice in GWAS areas. Any pointers are welcome. Thanks in advance

PLINK has some nice pre-formatted datasets for teaching here

Have a look at the data in example.zip and teaching.zip, you should be able to run a GWAS with that.
