Downloading Complete List Of Rs Snp Positions From Dbsnp
I have been trying to figure out how to obtain a complete list of known rs SNPs for the human genome along with their chromosome coordinates as a flatfile from dBSNP. The closest that I could find is an option to email a file with this information for up to 30K specified SNPs. I need a complete list of SNP loci and their coordinates - how do I go about finding/downloading this from dbSNP?

List of dbSNP rsids and their positions
OK thanks. I guess dbSNP site doesn't have a direct link, though I did find FASTA files for individual chromosomes.
you can also use the NCBI VCF files : http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/variation/docs/human_variation_vcf/
