The next GATK workshop will take place at the Broad in Cambridge, MA, on October 21-22 (2013), just before the start of ASHG Boston.

If you're going to be in town for ASHG, be sure to plan to come a couple of days early and attend the GATK workshop -- it's a great opportunity to kill two birds with one stone!

The workshop is going to cover Best Practices (Oct 21) and Pipelining genome analyses with Queue (Oct 22).
