Genomics Population Codes

Hi,

I want to get the description of the population code such as "CGEMS" etc. Now I only got one at ftp://ftp-trace.ncbi.nih.gov/1000genomes/ftp/README.populations. But it is not enough.

Hi ardmore, maybe your could elaborate in your question. What are you trying to accomplish? What type of data do you have? What do you need these population codes for? I want to understand your question. But it is not enough ;) Cheers

You seem confused. How does CGEMS relate to 1000 Genomes? I assume you mean this CGEMS - http://cgems.cancer.gov/ - which is a different project.

1000 Genomes provides also a spreadsheet on the "data" section of their public website.

would that be enough? ;)
