Operation timed out
Hello;
I am trying to download the HapMap data in the Terminal of my Mac, to perform population stratification for my data. Using this command: wget ftp://ftp-trace.ncbi.nih.gov/1000genomes/ftp/release/20100804/ALL.2of4intersection.20100804.genotypes.vcf.gz But after around 6h I got this:
Data connection: Operation timed out
I cannot complete downloading the data, what can I do?
