Biomart Set Up! Web-Based.

Hi everybody, I want to create a website, available to people on net, which day can add different data about different proteins and their usage, and I want to use BioMart databases. I have a hosting service that runs PHP and my SQL. i really have no idea if it is possible, and if yes how should i do it? any help is greatly appreciated
