Is there a more extensive reference for FASTX-Toolkit? I use the Hannon Lab web site to look up specific tools and how they are implemented, but the website does not say much regarding what some of the tools are meant to do. For instance, I am interested in what the Artifacts Filter does, as well as under what circumstances I should implement it. I cannot find more than a half sentence description of this tool.

I have googled this problem a lot and have not found an answer.
