I Do Get Blast Hits, But The Mapping Step (For Some Hits) Returns No Gos
In blast2go I do get blast hits but the mapping step (for some hits) returns no GOs. and also after annotation some mapped hits, hasnt any annotation (they stay green). And I have to tell you, the blast hits that did not map have suitable E-values. If possible help me.

Typically, you'll get a better response from BioStar if you give as much info as possible
... and that would be a reproducible example. provide a single sequence which illustrates your problem, together with all program calls and parameters.
