Need Help With Cognitor
I am new on COGnitor. I have tried with several sequences individually, but every time I've got the same result: "No Hits". and whenever I checked the box to skip the filtering of low-complexity region, it shows error. Also, what should be appropriate "bets to clade" number?
Can you please tell me how to use this tool appropriately?
