Hi all,

I need to map ICD-9 codes (3rd or 5th level) to MeSH terms. BioPortal provides a mapping service, but the coverage is pretty low...

Alternatively, UMLS offers a ICD-9 - to - SNOMED CT mapping file. Now, I should map SNOMED CT to MeSH, but I cannot find a mapping file anywhere, and (admittedly) I don't have the skills to do the mapping myself.

Are you aware of (ideally) an ICD-9 - to - MeSH mapping or (at least) SNOMED CT - to - MeSH mapping?
