Hello!
I have a list of chromosomal loci that I would like to mark on the same chromosome ideogram. Any idea how I could do it?
Example: I have a list like this :
chr18:41275749-41845577
chr19:15668140-15780069
chr20:17588933-17855094
chr21:47573550-47943651
and would like to take a photo like this :
