Hierarchical Clustering Based On Gene Expression Values
Hi, I have RNA-Seq data for 16 samples without replicates, I tried hierarchical clustering by pearson correlation distance method and average linkage method .But the results are not making sense and not satisfied. Actually, I wanted to cluster all 16 samples and see the hierarchy based of gene-expression values and get the relation between the samples based on the count values ...
Is there a simple way to look into this problem?? ANy ideas is greatly helpful:)

Dear Priya, welcome to biostar this seems to be a duplicate of Clustering data (RNA-seq) using R to produce a heatmap, clustering gene expression for time course RNA-Seq data, Hierarchical clustering and heatmap analysis for RNA-Seq data or Heatmap of RNA-seq data. As you see, highly similar questions have been asked here already, so you should be able to find an answer on this site. Therefore I will close this question to avoid further redundancy. If you think that this is not justified please edit your question or post a comment. Hope to see you again on this site.
