How to cluster only genes with Cluster 3.0 ?
We have set of gene expression (50 genes) measured at different time interval. I want to cluster the genes (not the time!) with Cluster 3.0 and checked these options:
- Hierarchical clustering :
- Genes --> Cluster
- Similarity Metric --> Correlation (uncentered)
- Clustering method --> I tried "Single linkage" (very ugly dendrogram) and "Complete linkage"

Gene1 10 15 20
Gene 2 etc..
Though when I load the CTD file in TreeView it clustered the genes, and also reorganized the time stamp.. is there anyway to keep the time stamp (columns) in order?
