How Can I Retrieve All Of Human Promoter Sequences?

Hi all, I need all of human promoter sequences and i want to know how can i retrieve them? it is better that i be able to retrieve upstream or downstream of transcription start site. i really need all of human promoters sequences. if it is possible please inform me. thanks a lot in advance.
