How Many Cells Will Be Involved In One Dna Or Rna Sequencing?
Could somebody estimate that how many cells will be involved in one dna or rna sequencing? (not single cell sequencing) Does it matter with sequencing depth? If does, 100x for example. Thanks in advance.

Back of the envelope: Many sequencing preps involve between 1 and 5 micrograms of input DNA. If there are ~5 picograms of DNA per cell, that works out to somewhere between 200k and 1 million cells per library. For WGS, you often need multiple libraries, so your number is probably in the millions.
