Which Tool Is Used To Plot The Ideogram Shown Here?

Hi all, I have checked other posts on biostar to draw chromosome ideogram and found them to be helpful.

I have seen a particular image and was wondering if anyone knew the tool or package used to plot it.Ideogram

I do know of the other options to plot image but I am very keen on getting it done the above way.

Hmm, although I think that link is very useful, it does not tell what program/package is used to generate the plot shown by Sandeep right?

Dragged and dropped your image into Google Image Search.

Looks like it came from a package called DBCAT. Scroll down to the methylation section to see it.
