Samples And Concentration
Greetings!
I have a naive query about the samples. For e.g. if I have 1000 samples in 10 test tubes and 10 samples in 100 test tubes, which one will give me the better results in terms of higher DNA concentration and less error probability.
If 10 samples are present in 100 test tubes, then I will be minimizing the tubes from 100 to 50, then 25 and etc.
I hope I am clear enough..... :)
Thanking in advance!

This is far from clear... What are you aiming for?
I want to know that by using which method I can get the good concentration of DNA. In the end, I will be ending up with only 1 test tube by mixing the test tubes on after the other to get the final test tube.
I think a bioinformatics forum is not the right place for questions about dilution and concentration of samples. Ask a biologist in your lab.
Thank You for your time and suggestion! That's better...
